Semi-Automatic Fire Control System for Howitzers (SAFCS)

The Semi-Automatic Fire Control System for Howitzers (SAFCS) is an advanced artillery targeting solution meticulously configured for compatibility with a range of howitzer models, including the 105/14, FH70 (155/39), M109L (155/39), and PALMARIA/S (155/41). Engineered to enhance the responsiveness of modern howitzers, the SAFCS ensures an average reaction time of less than 30 seconds, evaluated from the moment the operator instantly inputs shooting data upon opening fire. This swift reaction time is crucial for evading counter-battery fire, a vital aspect of contemporary artillery operations. The SAFCS's adaptability and rapid response capabilities make it an indispensable component in modern howitzer systems, offering heightened precision and efficiency in targeting for military engagements.

FCR 50X (Digital AESA Fire Control Radar)

Since ever, Fire Control Radar (FCR) has been the best all weather solution to drive weapon systems: from Conical Scan to Monopulse tracking solutions, from Magnetron to TWT transmitters and then to Solid State Transmitters. For the antenna solution, it has been always selected a feed with dish reflector (different types) assembly oriented in azimuth and in elevation by a complex antenna pedestal with mechanical gearing and electrical motors both for azimuth and elevation control. In the past years, with this antenna type, many have been the difficult to be solved, especially for the microwave interconnections (e.g. rotatory joints) and many commands control signals (complex slip rings assembly). However, all problems presented in old Fire Control Radars (FCR) are now well resolved with using Digital AESA Antenna (DAESA) technology used in the new FCR 50X.

Surveillance and Pointing Optronic System (SSVIR/SPOS)

The Surveillance and Pointing Optronic System (SSVIR/SPOS) is a specialized technology designed for short to medium-range observation and monitoring in marine scenarios, spanning distances from a few hundred meters to 15 kilometers. Primarily utilized in security applications, it excels in boundaries surveillance, anti-intrusion measures, and law enforcement operations. The system incorporates advanced optronic capabilities, allowing for precise observation and detection of targets in maritime environments. Additionally, SSVIR/SPOS integrates with Pointing and Short Range Weapon Station (SRWS) systems, providing effective firing control for short-range weaponry. This dual functionality makes it a versatile and essential tool for enhancing situational awareness and response capabilities in security and defense operations, particularly in maritime settings.
